  FFWR is a one-time assistance program. If you have applied for relief with another organization you might not qualify under our program, and if you have already received a $600 payment, your application will be ineligible.
• Requirements: -Valid Photo ID -Proof of employment (Some examples may include Paystub, W2, Tax return) from an eligible employer dated during March 2020 - May 11, 2023
